Xmas Newsletter
The Staff and Proprietors would like to wish all it's Parents and Children a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Children in Need
Every year the children at Tree Tops participate in sponsored events to raise money for children in need. This year the children completed a sponsored "Grand Prix". We made a track outside and the children did as many laps as they could on a bike or car of their choosing. We also made cakes and cookies to sell through-out the week. Debbie our in-house fundraising specialist, did a great job collecting money in her bucket outside dressed as Pudsey Bear. Thank you to all our Parents for helping Tree Tops in raising £1825 towards Children in Need. Isabella weighed in a whopping £290!
10 year anniversary
All Staff and the Proprietors would like to congratulate Sam Marshall-Keith on 10 years service at Tree Tops. The children all made Sam cards and decorated the room with banners. Claire our wonderful cook, made a lovely cake to make Sam's day special.
Xmas parties
This Christmas all of our children have had lots of fun at their parties.
The babies and their parents came along for coffee and mince pies in at our Baby Unit. This was a lovely chance for Parents to meet. The babies enjoyed playing with their Mummy's and Daddies at the nursery.
The toddlers were entertained by "Magic Rose" they especially liked the Bunny Rabbit trick. They also did lots of dancing and had a special visit from Santa.
The older children in Pre-school played lots of fun games and danced the afternoon away with the Little Stars disco. Santa also paid a special visit.
The move
As you may know in the 2009 we look forward to some group moves and all the new exciting activities these moves will bring for the children. The group changes will start the week commencing 5th Jan 2009. So that the children can get used to their new groups they will be having a few visits to their next group over the Christmas period.

Pre-school Trip to Roves Farm
This year our pre-school leavers have had a lovely day out at "Roves Farm". They took part in a dressing up in the nativity with real donkeys and lambs, had a visit to Santa in his sleigh, made Christmas crafts and fed the animals on the farm. They have lots of information on their website www.rovesfarm.co.uk should you wish to take a trip with your child.
